PAC 4 TRAINER
Same as the PAC 3 except we turned the Tuggy into a Tuggy handle. The PAC 4 is our Handled version of the PAC 3 Trainer, this is 2 in 1 version and can be used as either the Leash/Collar configuration or as the "COMFY Loop" configuration, they are available in either 3/8", 5/8", 3/4" widths and come in a vareity of colors.
